- First, check that Bark is open and running. If it is not, click on the icon on your Home screen or click the Windows icon and find the Bark app in your applications list.
- Navigate to the bottom of the screen and click on the upwards arrow(Typically, it’s located next to the battery icon or the wi-fi icon) on your Windows toolbar and find the Bark icon and right click on it. Then click Help.
3. After right-clicking on Help, you should see more options open. Click on Reset Data.
Data is now reset within the desktop app and you will be prompted to login again on the next restart of Bark.
