These steps will reset the settings on your Bark Desktop App. This may be necessary to give the application a refresh or to re-send the latest backup file(s) created for your children's iOS devices.
This does not force the application to create a new backup.

Step 1: Check that Bark is running
If it is not, click on the shortcut on your Desktop/Home screen, or click the Windows icon on the bottom left and find the Bark Desktop App in your Programs List.
Step 2: Then, click on the upwards arrow on your Windows taskbar
Step 3: Right-click the Bark logo
On the menu that appears, select Help.
Step 4: Click Reset Data
Step 5: Login and choose child's name
This has now refreshed the Bark Desktop App and you will be prompted to login again when you open the app.
NOTE: No backups or information is lost during this process.
You may also need to re-associate your child's name with the device, as seen below:
