When setting up iMazing, you are given the option to save backups to a specific file or hard drive instead of saving to the default drive. If you have changed the location of your Backups in iMazing to somewhere other than the default drive, you will also need to change the backup location in the Bark app as well. This guide will show you how to set Bark to upload backups from the location you've chosen for Mac.

  1. Open the Bark Desktop app. At the top of your screen, click on the Bark symbol to see the menu options for Bark. Click on “Choose Backup Location”.

    2. A file window will appear where you can choose where you’d like to save your backup. Once you’ve chosen the folder you would like to use, click "Open". If you're unable to find the path of the folder, it may be hidden. On your keyboard, press shift+command+[period symbol] to show hidden folders. Keep in mind that the same location you choose for your backups in Bark must match the location you have saved for your backups in iMazing.
