In the case that you need to reset the data and settings on the Bark Desktop App for Mac:

1. Check that Bark is running.
If it is not, click on the Bark Desktop application either in you Applications folder or in the Dock at the bottom of the screen

2. Navigate to the top of the screen and click on the Bark icon.

3. Select Help, and then click Reset Data.

This has now refreshed the Bark Desktop app and you will be prompted to login again when you open the app.
NOTE: No backups or information is lost during this process.
