In the case that you need to reset the data and settings on the Bark Desktop App for Windows:
1. Check that Bark is running.
If it is not, click on the shortcut on your Desktop/Home screen, or click the Windows icon and find the Bark app in your Programs List.
2. Then, click on the upwards arrow on your Windows taskbar.
3. Right-click the Bark logo.
On the menu that appears, select Help.
4. Click Reset Data.
This has now refreshed the Bark Desktop app and you will be prompted to login again when you open the app.
NOTE: No backups or information is lost during this process.
