These steps will reset the settings on your Bark Desktop App. This may be necessary to give the application a refresh or to re-send the latest backup file(s) created for your children's devices.
This does not force the application to create a new backup.

Step 1: Check that Bark is running
If it is not, click on the Bark Desktop application either in you Applications folder or in the Dock at the bottom of the screen
Step 2: Navigate to the top of the screen and click on the Bark icon
Step 3: Select Help, and then click Reset Data
Step 4: Login and choose child's name
This has now refreshed the Bark Desktop App and you will be prompted to login again when you open the app.
NOTE: No backups or information is lost during this process.
